For the past 125 years the White Pages® directory has been connecting Australians by putting you in touch with family, friends and businesses from all around the country.

As part of our birthday celebrations we want to use some of the technological advances from the past 125 years to hear from you, your family and your friends. This website is an interactive community for you to voice your thoughts and feelings about everything from technology and inventions to fun and new ways you communicate.

About the Bus

To really get this birthday party moving, the White Pages® 125th Anniversary Bus is travelling around Australia, visiting schools, towns and people in local communities in a specially kitted out bus.

This is a bus with a difference – a restored 1960's bus on the outside, but on the inside it’s a modern day masterpiece fitted with the latest technology.

The White Pages® Anniversary Bus is equipped with leading edge wireless technology including a satellite dish, a wireless computer network, tablet laptop computers and plasma screens.

Teachers from Sensis will pack their bags and travel with the bus to deliver fun and informative education and seminar programs to primary schools and communities around Australia as part of its 2005 birthday celebrations.

You can also be part of the fun by making the most of our interactive web site and keeping up to date with where we are, what we’re doing and who we’re visiting. Most of all make sure you send us your stories, write comments on the web pages and send us your photos.
